Beasley Child & Family Centre
The Beasley Child & Family Centre offers neighbourhood based programs and services for parents and caregivers and their children. The centre is operated by Wesley Urban Ministries in the Beasley Community Centre in partnership with the City of Hamilton Recreation Department and the Hamilton-Wentworth District School Board. The Beasley Community Centre is located in Dr. J Edgar Davey Elementary School.
Early Years Program
Play with your child in a fun, safe and family friendly environment! Programs are free for parents, caregivers and their children 0-6 years of age. Discuss your concerns with professionals on your child’s development, dental health, nutrition, speech and language, vision etc. Obtain information on pregnancy, parenting and child development. Enhance your skills through parent education workshops. The Beasley child and family centre staff are experts at providing support and education for families!

School Readiness
Working together with local schools to prepare children and parents for kindergarten.
After School Programs
The focus of these programs will be providing academic support, healthy lifestyle choices, positive self image, nutrition and opportunities for physical activity
Summer Camp
Provides children, age 6 - 12, with opportunities to learn, play and grow in an environment only camp can provide. Gives care givers the assurance that their children are stimulated and supervised. Children will have opportunities for recreational activities, crafts, educational sessions, sports, and field trips.
